Synopsis[]
Jared has his Good Rod, so he goes fishing in Laverre City. Jared is happy to see a Poliwag, who is level 15, so Jared doesn't have a way to not kill it! He throws his net ball to capture it instead.
Jared finds the Poké Ball Factory. Jared meets up with his friends again. A Team Flare member chases two of the children. He is an obvious child predator chasing them through the town and someone should stop him! Jared is given a Gangarite. Jared wants to see the Mega Evolution.
Jared is worried that this area might be filled with Voltorbs. Jared tries to sneak past a Team Flare member, but is forced to walk up to her instead! Jared grinds for a while. Zimlan evolves. Jared is disappointed to see a conveyer belt. Luckily, Team Flare only has stupid Pokémon. Jared sneaks up on a Team Flare member from behind.
Zimlan takes a lot of damage from a Scraggy. Jared apologizes to the Team Flare admin for accidentally walking in. Jared is surprised that there haven't been any triple battles in this game. Jared then does a double battle, and wants to battle the hot one. Jared congratulates Meowstic as it takes the Team Flare attacks and is beaten before it can even attack. Rathalos kills both enemies.
Jared wonders who would pick the Big Nugget over the Master Ball. Jared complains when he is given both why he is even given the choice! The factory is pretty lame.
Route 15 is rather pleasant. Jared wants something new and cool, but is disappointed that he only gets a Liepard. Jared is not excited for Liepard at all. Jared has fun in the leaves, and likes how there are items there. He is caught off guard when there is a person in the leaves! Rathalos is killed by a critical hit from a Gabite.
Jared is saddened again. Jared will never run through a pile of leaves again! A montage of Rathalos is shown before being released.
